- 1 container Mixed Green
- 4 Hard Boiled Eggs
- 4-6 strips Bacon (crumbled)
- 1 Avocado
- 1 cup Strawberries (chopped)
- 4-6 tbsp Goat Cheese (crumbled)
- 6 tbsp Poppyseed Dressing
So first, you are going to hard boil 4 eggs and cook 4-6 strips of bacon. Once everything is cooled, crumble that bacon.
Now slice up the hard boiled eggs and avocado and strawberries.
Finally it's time to combine all of the things (a.k.a. the mixed greens, egg, avocado, strawberries and bacon). Add in some poppyseed dressing to taste.
